While I am always there to help them, young people themselves must also problem-solve and use their own initiative and they are extremely determined to finish any task to a highly professional standard.”

“My daughter’s friend told me she wanted to grow up and be a Doctor. I asked, ‘Why?’ – and I must admit I thought she would mention the good salary. However, she replied, ‘to help people’.”

“I decided myself to re-evaluate the reason for going to work every day and to start a rewarding career that I was proud of.”
