I have worked at Kibble since 2014, when The Experience opened its doors, 5 years ago.
What made you want to work for Kibble?
I viewed the job vacancy at The Experience as an excellent career opportunity, the bonus was that it was a charity that focused on supporting employment and providing training opportunities for young people.
Can you give us an overview of your role at Kibble and what area you work in? Please explain about the service?
The Experience is a fun leisure and events centre for families to have a great day out near Glasgow. There is go-karting, laser tag, soft play a café and much more.
I help manage the day to day operations within The Experience and make sure we have the staff on-hand to provide customers with great service. I started as a supervisor before progressing to a customer service role and then promoted to Assistant General Manager.
