What did you do before Kibble?

I was a house builder and had the role of assistant site manager. I was looking for construction opportunities when I spotted the Kibble advert for a job close to my house.

How long have you worked at Kibble?

Over ten years.

What made you want to work for Kibble?

I grew up near the campus so was aware of Kibble. I wanted to work hard for the organisation and had a range of skills that could be used throughout the business.

Can you give us an overview of your role at Kibble and what area you work in? Please explain about the service?

The estate team is made up of 28 people who work across all sites at Kibble. We organise what maintenance tasks are required before prioritising the list. As a team, we keep all areas in high quality condition.

It’s a great place to work with lots of job variety. It’s enjoyable to see the young people and hear about their successes.
