CJS recruits get started

Date:
30/09/2011

The induction for the new CJS recruits has now been completed!  It included a variety of topics, aimed at not only inducting them to KibbleWorks but also providing them with skills that will benefit them in their future careers.  Topics ranged from Manual Handling to Emergency First Aid on the practical side and from Development Assets to Work Culture providing them with the “soft skills” for work.
Their work experience began in earnest today (Friday 30th September) with the recruits starting their first day in their role.  The placement opportunities include Administration, Car Mechanics, Construction, and Reuse Operatives.  Both the recruits and staff are looking forward to working together and making the project a complete success.
