What’s Working
FRIDAY 23rd MARCH 2012
Tell us what you know, find out what others want to know
Youth unemployment is one of the most significant challenges currently facing society, and whilst many organisations are working with great energy and commitment to ameliorate the effects of joblessness on the lives of young people, there seems to be no comprehensive resource outlining best, and evidence-based practice in the field of youth employability, nationally and internationally.
What’s Working is a partnership between CYC-Net and Kibble, to research and establish an online resource supporting the growing community of practice in youth employability. The website will provide a knowledge bank of organisations and showcase examples of international best practice and evidence-based approaches having a positive impact on the lives of young people.
We are launching What’s Working with a one day event which will highlight examples of good practice, discuss some of the problems and allow stakeholders to contribute to, and inform our research process.
This will be a highly participative event, so please come along and help us connect, share and imitate.
NB. Programme to appear here when finalised.
You have two booking options:
To buy a ticket for this event ONLY, for £40, book online here (you can select payment by invoice or credit/debit card)
