
As part of the growth and development at Kibble an Internal Audit Team was established in 2007.
The Audit Team works across all Kibble Services to support them to meet legal obligations, National Standards and promote Best Practice.
The role of the team is also to support services in self -evaluation to promote high standards of provision for young people and to provide a current appraisal of the systems and procedures operating within Kibble.
The team comprises two auditors who work in partnership with other departments that include: finance, standardisation, operational management, human resources, training and development and health and safety.
